We run factory here in ThailandAll our products are hand cut and hand-stitched, totally hand made.

  1. Do you deliver to my country? And How long will it take to get my order?

    • We ship worldwide. Item ships in 3-5 business days!
    • When you spend $100 or more shipping is absolutely free with recorded delivery.
    • We recommend using recorded delivery as that way you can track the progress of your item, offering more security. Please be aware that shipments to the UAE are often returned to us undelivered.
  1. How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery10-20 days (ships out within 3-5 business days)
    • Shipping Times to USA and Canada is 7 - 14 Business days.
    • Shipping Times to Europe and UK is 5 20 Business days.
    • Shipping Times to Australia and New Zealand is 12 20 Business days.
    • Shipping Times to Asia is 8 15 Business days.
    • Shipping Times to South America and Africa is 18 25 Business days.

We process and post orders within 3-5 business days, and generally, it takes between 10-25 days to reach most destinations from Thailand with Standard and Recorded deliveryOccasionally pants can take a little longer than this to arrive but this is not common, and most parcels arrive before 18 daysIf using EMS Express your package will arrive after 5-10 daysShipments with Recorded and EMS delivery will require a signature on delivery.
  1. I ordered something, but want to cancel
Once an order is purchased, it is automatically sent to our processing hub for dispatch.

Be sure to check out our Sizes & Fitting Guide for our Harem PantsThey have an elasticated waist and ankles meaning they are one size fits most from sizes between XS-LThey are going to fit you like a dream, and if they don't you may return them.

Whilst we're very confident that you are going to love your purchase from us, we understand that sometimes things just don't work outWe're not going to force you to keep an item you don't want.
So, if for whatever reason you'd like to return your item, please contact us at bohoqueens1024@gmail.com  and then once we receive the pants back in as new
a condition we will refund you straight away, minus shipping costs.

You can send us your item back and we will send you a new item with the updated color or size.
